Mercyland Care prides itself on its commitment to always putting our service users first and the quality service we provide to them.

The central tenet of this is that we make sure we are working in partnership with you, the service user, to ensure that your care is provided in the way that you want and at the times you require, with the care workers of your choice.

All our care plans are created for each service user individually to make sure that all care needs and requirements are met without causing too much of an impact on the independence of the service user helping them to remain at home.

All of our support services are designed to be flexible with each care package specifically tailored to reflect and respond to changing preferences, needs and abilities of our clients. This flexibility ensures that each client and their family are able to regularly discuss with their co-ordinator or registered manager any requirements that they have so that the care plan can fit your needs.

Choosing a care provider is an extremely important decision and therefore we would always suggest speaking to more than one care provider before making a decision.  We have found that discussions about something as important as care needs are best conducted face to face. As such, we would be delighted to come and visit you to discuss your needs in more detail.

We also make sure that you have clear information on what you can expect from our company and our care workers, as well as what is expected of you.

We believe that the best way of making sure that problems do not arise is to deal with issues early, preferably while they are concerns about potential problems rather than actual problems.

The best way of achieving this is to welcome calls from our service users at any time and respond promptly and effectively.
