At Axela Care we’re proud of our commitment to always putting our service users first and the quality of service we provide.

Our guiding principle is to work in partnership with the people using our services to ensure their care is provided in the way that they want, at the times they require, with a care worker that’s the best fit for them.

All our care plans are created for an individual to make sure their care needs and requirements are met, without causing too much of an impact on their independence and allowing them to stay at home as long as possible.

Our support services are flexible with each care package specifically tailored to reflect and respond to changing preferences, needs and abilities. This flexibility ensures that each client and their family can regularly discuss any changing requirements with their co-ordinator or registered manager for a continually optimised care plan.

Choosing a care provider is an important and difficult decision, so we suggest always speaking to more than one care provider before making a decision. Discussions about something as important as care needs are best conducted face to face so we would be delighted to come and visit you to discuss your needs in more detail.

We make sure that you have clear information on what you can expect from our company and our care workers, as well as what is expected of you. And we believe that the best way of making sure that problems don’t arise is to deal with issues early, when they are only potential problems, not actual ones. We welcome calls from our service users at any time and respond promptly and effectively.
