Axela Care is keen to hear from applicants with community care experience, and a care qualification at NVQ2 or above, but also welcome new candidates with the necessary attributes to meet our care delivery standards:

- Strong communication, sensitivity, a caring nature and compassion.
- Fluency in English with literacy and numeracy and possible fluency in other languages to support our diverse network of service users.
- The ability to follow instructions, be committed to personal development, and willingness to work in a team or under your own initiative.
- Flexibility, well-organised, reliable and self-motivated.
